I had enjoyed many great coffees from Port Fairy Coffee Roasters before I started this blog. It was good to visit again recently to reacquaint myself with their coffee. Port Fairy is one of our favourite places in Victoria and having awesome coffee there is a bonus!
They roast on site here in small batches and it’s obvious that they take their coffee very seriously. A medium and dark roast are always on offer, both being lovely drops.
The medium roast pairs well with oat milk and I was a daily customer during our recent short stay. The excellent range of coffee paraphernalia in their shop next door is worth a look too. I bought a large (1kg capacity) Airscape container and had it filled with 1kg of their “Lighthouse” blend beans straight from that day’s roast!
This coffee shop is slightly off the main shopping area in Port Fairy and always seems busy with locals. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee is top notch and certainly the best on offer in Port Fairy – and maybe the best anywhere in far Western Victoria?!
